The tally

Every session adds its load to the week.

Koach adds up the weight of every set you log. One pair of plates per session, heaviest to lightest: that is how the volume in your statistics is built.

Achievements & records

Every milestone leaves a mark.

Sessions logged, weeks in a row, tonnes lifted, hours trained, records broken, load on one specific lift: each threshold you cross pins an achievement to your profile. Nothing to claim.

Personal records

Your records set themselves.

At the end of every session, Koach compares what you just did with your best effort. What falls becomes a record — and sometimes one more achievement.

One record per exerciseYour best effort is kept for every movement, and replaced the moment you beat it. Nothing to enter, nothing to tick.
The criterion that countsLoad and reps, best duration or longest distance: a record is measured in the unit that fits the exercise.
Spotted during the sessionA record that falls is flagged on the spot, repeated in the end-of-session recap, then filed under the Records tab on your profile.
And it travelsAttach a record to a post: the feed shows the card, and your friends see what you just beat.

Programs

A plan across several weeks, and Koach keeps your place.

A program stacks weeks, each week its days, each day its session — or its rest. You follow it, Koach remembers where you are and serves you the session of the day.

Periodisation

Every week can differ from the last: load ramping up, volume shifting, a deload week.

At your pace

Days are steps, not dates. You move forward when you train — being "behind" is impossible.

Rest included

Rest days are part of the plan and get logged like any other.

Finite or cyclic

A program either ends, or loops indefinitely while counting your cycles.

FAQ

The questions we get asked.

Beginner, intermediate or advanced: onboarding calibrates the intensity and the exercises it suggests to your level, your goals and your measurements.

Yes. A free session starts empty: you add exercises as you train, and everything is recorded the same way.

Automatically, at the end of every session. Koach keeps your best effort on each exercise — load and reps, best duration or longest distance depending on the movement — and replaces it the moment you do better.

By reaching its threshold, with nothing to claim: number of sessions, weeks in a row, tonnes lifted, hours trained, records broken, or load on one specific exercise. The badge appears on your profile as soon as the session is logged.

From the sets you actually performed, split by muscle group and then measured over the period you pick — day, week, month or year, always against the previous one.

You stay in control: any post can be deleted, any post hidden, any user muted, blocked or reported.

No. Every exercise states its equipment, its position and its grip, and bodyweight is treated as a load in its own right.

Yes. Koach is available in English and French, with a light and a dark theme that follow your phone setting.
