This English version is provided for convenience. The Service is operated from France and governed by French law; in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. No paid offering

Koach is currently entirely free. No subscription, in-app purchase or paid content is offered.

These terms of sale therefore have no subject matter as of today. They are kept in place so they can be completed should a paid offering appear.

2. Publisher

The Service is published by Alexandre D'Agate, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), registered with the Angers trade register under number 919 899 179, with registered office at 15 rue Joubert, 49100 Angers, France.

3. If a paid offering is introduced

Should a paid offering be introduced, these terms will be completed before it goes on sale, and will state in particular what the offering includes, its price, payment terms, its duration and renewal conditions, the right of withdrawal, statutory warranties and the contact details of a consumer mediator.

You will be informed before any subscription, and no amount can be charged to you without your express agreement.

4. Use of the Service

In the absence of a paid offering, use of Koach is governed by the terms of use and by the privacy policy.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
